A Community Inspired by Generations

Pam Flasch will coordinate the year-long observation of the Town’s founding. Working with a core group of volunteers, Flasch plans to make Luray’s Bicentennial “a celebration of the people who built Luray, as well as those who continue to make our town vibrant and enjoyable.” That group already includes Chamber President Briana Campbell and LDI Executive Director Liz Lewis, and Webmaster Eleanor Ames.

Local citizens (both residents and merchants) are encouraged to bring their suggestions to the forums. “We’re looking for ideas and volunteers,” Flasch says. “We are eager to hear how residents want to celebrate this exciting milestone.”
