Luray Downtown Initiative (LDI) in Luray, Virginia invites you to participate in our 8th annual Festival of Spring, Saturday, May 12, 2012. The event will be held outdoors along East & West Main Street in Luray’s Historic District from 10 am to 4 pm.
Luray also celebrates 200 years in 2012, the Festival of Spring will be part of a 3-day Homecoming Celebration and promises to be our best festival yet!
VENDOR INFORMATION
- All vendor spaces are 10′ x10′ except for food vendor spaces which are 12′ x 12′. More than one space may be purchased.
- If you booth set up is larger than 10×10 ft. or 12×12 ft., you must purchase two spaces.
- Vendors must furnish their own display tables and tent.
- LDI will not provide a tent and are not responsible for any damage to your tent or other merchandise.
- Vendors must submit two color photos of display, merchandise, and proof of insurance.
You will receive notification of your acceptance or denial by mail including directions and space assignment. There will be no commercial vendors permitted other than business owners on Main Street.
- Set up time for food vendors begins at 7 AM and must be set up by 8:30 AM.
- All food vendors must submit a menu AND provide a Health Department form to participate in the festival.
- Health Department forms must be submitted 30 days prior to the festival.
- Obtain health application directly from the Page County Health Department, 75 Court Lane, Luray, VA 22835 or call 540-743-65287.
- Craft vendors set up begins at 8:30 AM
Deadline for Applications is April 6, 2012. No refunds will be given after April 13, 2012.
NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE FESTIVAL.

- Non-Profits: $50
- Food: $100
- Wineries : $100
